Are the consoles modded?
Yes! Our consoles come with custom firmware, games, emulators, and various themes to enhance your experience.
What’s included in the package?
Each console package includes the console itself, an SD card, adapters, and a charging cable.
Some may also come with their original boxes or additional accessories, as detailed in the product description.
Digital cameras include SD cards, necessary cables, and extra accessories depending on the specific product.
We also include a booklet with useful tips, plus some freebies with every order!
Are the consoles 100% original?
Most of our consoles are 100% original (OEM). Some may be reshelled versions, and if so, it will be clearly noted in the product description.
How long will shipping take for my order?
Processing takes 2–4 business days. Shipping usually takes 3–6 business days depending on your location (we ship from France). We use trusted carriers for safe delivery.
Can I return my product if it’s faulty or has an issue?
We thoroughly test all consoles and cameras before shipment. However, If you notice any issues with the product, please contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Are the consoles compatible with all games, and can I still use physical games?
Yes! All of our consoles are region-free, so you can play any compatible game from any region.
You can also continue to use all your favorite physical games – modding doesn’t affect that.
What language will the console and games come in?
Your console will arrive set to English, and the games will also be in English. Changing the language is easy, and when you switch the console’s language, the games will automatically update to match.
How can I see which games will be installed, and can I change them?
You can see all the games we include in the “Featured Stories” on our Instagram account.
If you want specific games, we offer a personalization service right after you place your order – just send us a message, and we’ll customize your game list for you. Please note, this option is only available if you choose the 128GB SD card.
